Completed five chronograph pieces

These were made for a comeback brand WELSBRO which is run by a NY watch enthusiast.

Φ38mm sleight small sized case. 12mm thick, lug width is 18mm.

Stepped bezel and vintage complex dial with tele/tachy-meter.

Good finished Valjoux 92 movement decorated with geneva-stripe and chamfering. Swing-pinion mechanism.

Stainless case for chronograph model

For the last several months I was making stainless case parts for five chronograph watches. They suits to Valjoux 92 movement
All lug parts were cut one by one with hand manipulated milling machine.

They have been burnished and applied hairline texture by my hand. Crown tubes and pushers are needed.

Custom made jumping hour watch

とっくに完成してたけど。。。やっとこさ更新です(・。・;

The design was renewed based on IL020. To meet my customer's request, the steel case was made in a bit smaller Φ40mm with simple stepped bezel (no screws). The strap width was changed from 22mm to 20mm.

The same as IL020, its dial was made from brass and steel. I reconsidered the structure of layered dial on this occasion. Increased from 3 to 4 layers. As a result, the appearance became better and work efficiency was improved.

I have already started the next project. It is chronograph model making ! I will post the detail of it later. Thanks.

Progress and some photos

Some parts for jumping hour watch.

Steel dial layer was tempered to make it blue. This four layered dial has beautiful contrast between golden brass and blue steel.

I have to polish the head of steel made jumper lever because of reducing friction between itself and star wheel.

All parts of the dial and the jumping module are assembled. Now they are in test driving.
This watch making is nearing completion!

Since the end of last year ...

I have been making a new jumping hour watch which was ordered from NY at the end of 2016. 

This is based on the model IL020 and arranged to new designed case. It will be more classical and simpler.

Steel and brass dial parts decorated with Perlage.

Cutting the shaft for minute hand. Diameter of thinnest part is 1.10mm.
