Hairline process for the bronze lugs
I added hairline to the lugs by handwork.
At first they were rubbed with #320 sandpaper.
Next with #600 sandpaper.
At last I chamfered edge by hand filing.

A part of crown
The crown is comprised of two parts.
I made one of those today.
Screw-tap M0.9 for stem.
I put a cut of 0.65 millimeters in width. A micro-gasket is settled there.

Tap for case back screws
I drilled and tapped bronze main case and case back.
I worked in silence...
Tap size is M1.4.
Making counter sink with 2.5mm endmill.

More cutting work of lugs
I will process the thickness.
Then cut at 60 degrees.
The back side is over.
To the opposite side...will be cut at 45 degrees.

Continuance of making lugs
I cut both sides of the lug at an angle 4 degrees.
After that I grind a hand filature with an endmill of 2.5mm.
Then drill 1.8mm hole to let a bar go through.

Cutting screw threads of bronze case
Using M1.6 jet tap to cut threads.
The screw to fix lug is M1.6x3.
Deapth is OK.
Done.
