Crown

Crown is completed. Diameter is 5.8mm. With nine ridges. It might be a little bigger, but I designed it slightly small. Because I thought that a size of it can balance with the diameter of the dial and the width of the lug.

Rivet and lug

I made six rivets from stainless steel. And they were attached to the bezel. Four short bars on the case have purpose of preventing position slip of lugs.

Then lugs were fixed to main case by cap screw.

A side of lug is sand blast mat finish. I used garnet sand.

Temporary case assembling

Cutting lugs were finished. I attached them to main case. Lug width is 22mm.

Stainless Case

This is a two-piece case. Case and caseback. Made from stainless steel. Diameter is 41mm and 11mm thickness.

Stepped bezel has six dots(they are not yet made).

Lugs are screwed to main case. I am cutting them from stainless flat bars. That process is taking much time.
