Case parts making Pt.3

Last post in this year.
Now I am making the stainless lugs. I tried to cut them from stainless block. Angle vice came in useful.

I prepared simple jig to cut apart lugs from the block.

This process needed much time. I managed to finish it, however, this might not be a very good method.

Case parts making Pt.2

My working is going well little by little.
Making female screws for fixing the lugs and through hole for stem.

Case parts Making

After I got a fix on making the jumping module, I started to cut and mill stainless case parts. I use carbide end-mill for bore cutting.

I process the other side of the main case with spread chuck.

After forming the step-bezel, make the space for crystal.

This is preparations to produce the lugs.

The finishing of the detail is still left, but the making of jumping-hour module has been brought to a completion.
